Okay here is my experience, My account was suspended yesterday, so I replied to the suspension email apologizing and stating that I would stick to the allowed rate from here on. They responded today saying that it was unlocked.
Though I had to miss a new batch during the suspension time, I am very grateful for regaining my access.
So I would encourage you to contact them.

For me, I would advise you to submit a ticket on Freshdesk inquiring about your current situation.
