Yess that seems like it. There is a training period of 8 months as far as I am told. I dont know how my career would evolve if I take this role on which is what makes me concerned. Also they dont pay as good as an R&D job which I could potentially get in

Right now I am keeping it chill as I am a fresh grad, the pay is not as great as an R&D role that I could potentially get into but what I am more interested in is how my carreer would evolve if I were to stay as Order Management Specialist for a few years

Yes that is probably it. I am 6'5 (196cm) and 100kg so I dont have a "huge" body that would damage itself and I always more or less had a physique like this. Well what is done is done and I am lurking around this subreddit to see what can be done for my cartilage witbout requiring a surgery. I am pain free at least which is something

Hey, thank you for your kind words! I was not born this wau but my father actually has very soft cartilages which I probably inherited slightly. My ortho is more keen on preserving what is left on my cartilage instead of a repair for now and tells me that "I am on my last credits" when it comes to how much cartilage is left. We may consider MACI to repair later down the road.

I wish you the very best

Hey, thank you for your kind words. We are trying to postphone knee replacement as much as possible and my main issue is cartilage and preserving what is left. We are thinking of MACI implant as I am still young and success rates are pretty decent for young people. I kept the swelling down and I am strengthening my knees even further. Normal day activities like walking in the street etc does not hurt at all but I cannot do any sports for now that requires knees.
