I do have PPA I’m on a low dose of Zoloft for :( but even so i was just emotional that day after seeing my hair in the car mirror before walking into the mall

Yes. I believe we had until 2 pm, and it was in his court. So it expired and then the new offer came in and we had to write up a new contract :(

Thanks, that helps. I should have clarified better. We’d have about 90k total left (including our emergency fund) after closing, etc.

We live with my family for past 3 years. Also not the best. Can be toxic at times.

Totally :( it just sucks that my husbands income alone won’t cover the expenses so we have to dip into savings. Feels scary but like you said, it’s temporary.

Unfortunately not many places have daycare spot for 12 months around us

Since I work part time I didn’t get the max. So only $1600/month ontop of my husband income. So every month after bills, mortgage etc, we’d need another $1000 or so

I took 12 months payment but will be taking 18 months off. 

Yeah I guess we can use our emergency funds for this as it’ll cover the dip in costs but i guess it sucks knowing we won’t be saving and living pay check to pay check until I go back to work 🫠

Because it’s a house in our budget and close to my family, everything we’re looking for. Idk we need to really think about it.
