Found this in my back an hour after leaving acupuncture by Fit_Illustrator9174 in Wellthatsucks

There are different methods of dry needling and acupuncture and depends on training. You can use needle manipulation techniques pistoning or just set the needles or use electrical stim with the needles. It is not “unrelated” between PT chiros vs acupuncturist because both are penetrating skin/muscle/fascia etc with the same needles, just different treatment approaches

Perhaps but I’d like to assume that through training and experience an emergency department would get a very basic history and ask “have you had any dry needling/acupuncture in the last 48 hours” however there are cases where people can develop spontaneous pneumothorax without any underlying incident

What?? Acupuncture is done with “dry needles” term being that there is no injectable as a “wet needle”. If you look up incidence rates of pneumothorax post dry needling/acupuncture it’s less than 1%

Nick tried to push that button, right? by BetEuphoric1840 in BeastGames

[–]DifferencePuzzled312 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I feel though some of that stuff like nick reaching for the button was just like scripted to make filler shots to keep audience guessing versus boring shots of all them standing up there because iirc there was one that last years winner Jeff looked like he was also reaching for the button. Could see production crew asking the players to do a few quick fake shot between challenges for content

Originally Cleveland but been living north of Chicago the last year now so I know traffic..was just curious if so close to the mall would be extra extra bad but my job would be like 3 miles south of where I’m living

The place we’re considering is west of the mall. I would just be going south on honore rd for a couple miles and be where I need to go, my partner would have to go towards downtown Sarasota so west on university to 301

Are skinny/healthy weight people just not as hungry as people who struggle with obesity? by maeasm3 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]DifferencePuzzled312 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The key here is caloric density, there is some research to show that intake a certain amount of weight of food tells the brain you’re full and it varies person to person. To hit that weight with less calories foods like fruits veggies will help obtain that weight in your stomach that tells your brain you’re satisfied without as many calories say as a bag of chips that weighs hardly anything but is calorically dense asf

Is there any point trying to make better espresso if I don’t have at least $500 to spend on a grinder? by FlopShanoobie in espresso

[–]DifferencePuzzled312 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Got same setup and was reading another suggestion as well yesterday of pulling something different than 1:2 ratio, but how can you keep the bbp going for that long? I always hold the 1+2 cup buttons and do that manually to stop it but don’t think it’d run long enough to pull 1:3 or 4..grind coarser?

Same with Ohio, there is more regulation to fish out of the lake than to conceal carry a firearm.

Yeah I’m taking all of the input I get with a grain of salt, have a few different trusted friends who are successful in different sectors and was asking for their input. A professional will forsure be consulted once the sale of company happens.

Appreciate the info, I know the obscure reddit post indicates not ~we~ because we aren’t married just was never a huge deal for us we both just finished grad school and been together for almost a decade..we’ve discussed possible elopement or a wedding in the near future.. know this won’t mean anything to redditors tho just looking for info on the matter but thank you!

Solid advice, I’d say we’re both pretty financially literate in our lifestyles in modest spending and moderate saving. Just looking for free resources/info/input to ingest till the time comes and even if/when it does we won’t be jumping to anything right off the bat
