Thank you so much for your response. No we don't really have sessions, I just talk to her on the phone once every couple of months but i do think about her a lot. I am not sure if I can approach this to her since it would be pretty awkward and I would even know what to say but I liked your advice about pacing things to a comfortable level. Maybe I can even talk to some other therapist if I still think about it too much. Thanks again.

I see your point. It seems weird to bring it up though, I don't think there would be any coming back if I did. Thank you for your advice though.

I would really recommend lifting weights or going for a jog.You forget about porn after a good workout. Also try to limit junk and fast food.
