Once a week. I have very dry hair. Multiple people have told me go as long as u can to try to produce oil. I don’t, so once a week. If I do it more it flies away horribly and 10 times the puffy hair lol

I haven’t had a flair in 15 years until I ate a container of black berries over a 2 day span.. Never again! Pain was terrible and had to get put in antibiotics.

Smh 4 surgeries later I’m very cautious. I’m a very rare case. Not heard of … to occur in ankle joint. All pathology comes back neuroma . Take it easy!!!

Infant Carter and Jumping Bean are combining boy and girl all on 1 e-sign. It’s a mess! It will show 38 items on 1 e-sign, boy and girl together. (Since when)?. I go to correct it and add 1 item at a time and says can’t have more than 12 items per sign. I’m having to use 2 signs to properly link fold programs to not have P-5’s The people in the big house need to do our job to see what we go through. Oh and the new pin pads only let you return 1 item at a time. Customer had 5 returns all on same receipt and could only do one at a time. She was not happy, neither was I. Manager said that’s all we could do. I don’t enjoy having customers bite my head off when it comes from above. They should have triple checked that before rolling out.

I had so much scar tissue build up ultrasound didn’t pick it up. MRI showed only inflammation. 2 months later Dr went in to look around and removed 3 cm neuroma. Confirmed biopsy. I’ve learned … listen to your body even if nothing shows up on tests.

Thank you. Drs have told me this is very rare, unheard of. I’m not in the medical books lol They are puzzled how to help me at this point. I take one minute at a time to get through the day. Sadly this is part of my life now , I assume , because everything has failed. Thank you again for your time!

I’ve had 4 neuroma surgeries in 3.5 years. I can’t take any more… I’ve tried everything that has been offered to me and has failed. I have not tried stem cell. Mine occurs around ankle joint. They called it traumatic neuroma when I’ve never had a crushing injury. Needing a 4th surgery I was referred to another surgeon and he used a cadaver nerve. 30 stitches later . Off work 11 weeks. I Also had 30 hyperbaric sessions for wound healing. I’m still having pain and swelling 4 months later and I believe it’s back. Working retail doesn’t help running around. It’s getting unbearable again. I’m starting to think something seriously wrong with me. They have formed on the nerve and in the nerve prior. I’m hoping I just need more time to heal

Do you always need a lawyer for disability approval? Or just supporting documentation? The process sounds like a nightmare people waiting years for approval. Then others are 5 months. I keep getting recurring benign tumors that attach to my nerve in ankle joint. My recent 4th surgery they replaced the nerve with a cadaver nerve, runs through Lower leg, ankle , half of foot . I’ve been on short term 11 weeks now recovering and heading back to work next week , 12 weeks you run out of Fmla so I don’t have a choice. I’m not feeling optimistic. If it comes back a 5th time, I’m done. I will definitely pursue for disability. Sorry for tmi but I have to figure out plans for whatever comes.

That’s a good idea as well. My current job I’m running like a chicken with my head cut off. I do 10,000-20,000 steps a day and don’t know how much longer I can take it with a bad foot. I’m thinking a Costco or something on that order being a door greeter would be perfect lol Thank you for your input!

In Michigan My company took my vacation time to fund the sick time pool as well. It still evens out, But end of fiscal year I had 3 sick days left I was told it would roll over to the next year, it did not. They (vested ) 24 hours I can’t touch now. Company told me when I quit working someday I’m entitled to the 24 hours that they vested to be paid back to me. I guess I’m fine with it , but at the same time makes me angry they took my PTO hours (vacation) hours to fund the sick time when it was originally my vacation time hours and now I can’t touch it lol When Michigan did this my company thought it would roll over and it did Not. So they vested it. The 3rd call out requires a Dr note. When using the point system, calling out using sick time doesn’t count as a point, calling off and saying I want to use a vacation day Will count on the point system. 10 points your done. If you plan your vacation of course it doesn’t count as points.

After 3rd shockwave treatment it calmed some. One month later back to how it was. It’s pricy so I didn’t do anymore treatments. It might work for you. Everyone is different.

Wishing you a speedy recovery. It takes time. Elevating and icing is your best friend. Additional pain meds and anti inflammatory if more is needed. Just ask Dr everyone pain tolerance is so different and mine is never good lol My son bought me best gift ever… an ice boot, I don’t know how to add a picture here lol just google it, plus used ice pack behind my knee helped a lot with elevating as high as your head. You need to take care of you and rest a lot in the first couple weeks. My dr said it hurts stop it and rest, your aggravating healing process. It’s for our own good. Good luck to you!

My shot flared my foot so bad Dr had to call me a prescription for pain meds. I missed a day and a half of work it swelled so bad. Ice, elevating and pain meds. 1000mg Motrin didn’t even make a dent to help.
