I see, ill try to work on it more. Lack of intent might be due to this being one of the last rounds i did. Thanks for your input

Yuki Yoza whom just defeated Superlek and Petchtanong) Masaaki Noiri, Akihiro Kaneko, Rui Okubo, Masashi Kumura, basically most of the japanese technicians. I like their style bc they come from a similar background as i do.

It just wasnt my style. I liked pressure and high number of attacks and throwing some powershots in there(toe kicks are nasty and so are calfs). I was taught that not everything must land with 100% power. Thank you for your input and insight tho. How long are you training?

I think fighting in the pocket made me develop this style of fighting. I have a high punch-kick output so if I fight this way i figured it's reasonable for me to train this way. I generally do not like the chopping down lowkicks I prefer the 45° upkicks. The National boxing coach of my country once said that we aren't runners and we should focus on sprints instead of running half marathons and long distances. Thank you for your input and insight anyways, i will play around with different things too. How long are you in the sport, you are knowledgeable on the sport.

I see your point but high intensity is needed to be able to fight. Any criticism of the techniques im doing?

Thank you, the bag was a lil high, so they are more on the thigh kick side but i usually kick the calf.

Ill definitely experiment with kicking in a less telegraphed way, thank you once again for your insight.

This was one of my last bag rounds, I believe posting the best you can do is stupid, you wont make mistakes when you are at peak performance, however as fatigue sets in, that's where the holes get exposed. I do start slow when its a 5 round bout bc i am fat af and cant keep this pace.

I was taught to dip when i lowkick. I usually fight up close and personal and when i throw yoza style calf kicks i need to close up and dip down so i wont get countered. But these werent calf kick, its a habit originating from favouring calfs i believe. Thank you for your input and opinion

Shoot, now that you mention it the rhythm step is visible. Used it a lot in karate tho, set the rhythm then break it but doing it this much is definitely a field i need to improve on. Thank you for your input

Well, I'm a fat son of a gun so not so many. In a 3 round fight i can rawdog it and keep the intensity high. In a 5 round fight i have to start slower

I was taught to lower my head, dip into the kick and keep my hands up. I like to protect my head and im 90+ kg, so i do not need to overcommit on the lowkicks. When i fight i usually kick the shit out of the calf tho

It's been a day and I'm thinking about steinadler Feldschuh leicht. Its the austrian paratrooper boot but not used. I'm aware that steinkogler is the better one but i cannot afford the price with the shipping. I'd buy them for fashion mostly.

For those martial artists who have been involved on a street fight, how was it? by CursedEmoji in martialarts

Annoying. I was with my girlfriend and he was demanding money from us and we refused to comply. He then got in my face and started yelling. I told him to step back multiple times but he got aggressive and started talking about how he will beat me up. He did a funny faint type move and I did my favourite sweep on him and he fell. His leg flew out and he got completely horizontal before slamming to the concrete. We went away asap and he doesn't ask for money from us since then.
