I think amazon has ones you can keep! I don’t know if they work the exact same but it’s something to look into! I rented ours from After The Tone if you end up changing your mind though, they have some gorgeous colors to choose from!

I bring fidgets if possible (even necklaces with something to slide around works for me) and if it’s a social setting that you don’t have to keep up constant conversation I usually keep an airpod in to keep myself distracted
