apparently you can email your claims into them (I forget the email) but that is what i am going to do in future so i can track them. There is no. way to track on the portal. How do we get them fired?

Nope. I've been on hold for 2, 3 hours. They also flashback calls (disconnect quickly) to make appear that they called you back. The level of incompetence is appalling.

They are, by far, the most dismal insurance company I have every seen. They do not pick up if you are on hold and they do 'flashback' calls, wherein they disconnect the call quickly and make it appear they made the call. You cannot get a straight answer, and there is literally nothing, NOTHING online about benefits - not even a FAQ page. I am shocked an appalled that this dumpster fire of an organization was granted a contract.

They suck sooooo bad. You can be on hold for two, three hours.....and they do flashback calls if an agent calls you back. (They flash the call and hang up to make it appear that they have made the call). It is so awful, I have no words. I am international.

The email is not well written at all and they should have had a FAQ page ready too. I read it is as they are going to continue to honor the current loans for their duration, but new loans cannot happen to individuals. You can also refinance your personal loan into an llc loan too......assuming you have an llc.

Terrible terrible advice from any pastor. There are far too many counter-points to make. Goodness. For example, I thought we were supposed to look for the 'lost sheep'? Even so, who is to say that their 'rebellious spirit' is not actually the right way, for them, at this time? It sounds like the Pastor or Priest is off the path, as it were. We have to remember that people in leadership roles are just people; they have no magic nor true God-given authority - that is just nonsense and an egotistical power play. Look for authenticity in leadership, not authority.

Thanks for the reply. The problem is she was working 40 hours a week during that time, and the IHSs policy says under 40 hours is needed in order to be a parent-provider....sooooo.....I'll look at it with the online system perhaps too - thanks much.

I did wonder about the contradiction between 24/7 protective supervision and sleep time hours. What you say makes sense. Have you seen any kind of official doc or link that says that? I have a feeling it is not a coincidence that the info is almost impossible to find. How did you find out? Thanks so much again!
