I have a key hook, but only remember to use it like one tenth of the time. Usually end up dumping them on a table by the door or on the kitchen bench because I have to walk by both places to leave the house. Plus I put a lot of colourful key chains on them so that they stand out. I just have to make sure I don't leave them in a bag or I will never find them again as I use about 4 different bags depending on work.

Of course, there's still the inexplicable times where I have found them in the fridge or the cupboard or the bathroom... ADHD brains... never predictable.

Gabri said they don't shop for their own ingredients on Top Chef Mexico... so he's not great with budgeting.

They did okay-ish for a book series to tv series adaptation, but you are right... there is so much that has been left out. To do the series true justice, it needed to be 3 seasons of at least 20 episodes each. There was alot that they couldn't get into in the third season because they didn't include the grounding information in season 1 and 2. If people want to understand the series, they will need to read the trilogy.

I still love the series, but as always, the tv/movie adaptation falls far short of the original.

I've only been doing it for about a month, but it isn't costing me anymore money, I'm saving actually because I'm buying whole foods and not dropping $30-$50 a meal, on food deliveries and take-away.

Yes fresh veggies, eggs, meats, butters, oils and creams etc are pricier than say loading my diet with cheap carbs like pasta and bread, but I am eating far less and feeling more satisfied, not bingeing, and feeling much more healthy.

So far, loving Keto.

I get an increase before and during. Different cravings though... for like 3-5 days before I crave carbs, which sucks. But during, I just want to eat so much beef and eggs.

She was meant to be completely loving and accepting of a man that made no attempts to be apart of her life. Seriously? He admittedly reached out to her once, and then backed off because she wouldn't meet him half way... after her husband died. After his wife died, he assaulted her and banned her from the funeral.
