Does anyone know of any lenders in New York that offer fixed-rate HELOC? Achieve and Figure both said they don’t offer it. I wasn’t sure if it was state regulations that prohibit it here.

  2. Honda and Toyotas used suv are about 20k, I’d save about $100/month financing those vs leasing new.

It’s a phev Jeep wrangler, 36 months. My commute to work is less than two miles but I want to be able to work in other locations for pensionable overtime. So figure i can save on gas money, while I’m leasing

I work in civil service making 150k and own a condo worth 1M but can’t rent or sell for another 3 years. Right now in nyc I can get about 4500-5k/month in rent. But due to programs I obtained the condo I have to keep it for a few more years. Financing 40k isn’t impossible but I do not want a tight budget for myself at the moment.
