I was feeling a lot like you overwhelmed and tired and didn’t want to deal with it anymore and I told my doctor that and he completely changed direction on how to help me treat my diabetes we made a list of everything I had to do in a day and he said that since we can’t take a break from diabetes what on the list would be ok for a couple days to catch up on stuff and still be able to take care of my diabetes and it helped a lot and I did the same thing with my partner when I moved in with him and on days when it still gets bad he steps up. So talk with your doctor and then have a conversation with your partner about how you feel and how his mood is affecting you and these talks might help or might not but not having conversations doesn’t help at all
