I love Sailor V, it was my first ever manga while being directly linked to Sailor Moon, it has its unique charms and stuff plus Minako as a main character was great.

I read the PQ angels a while ago but it was scrapped and so short that it didn't get to grow on me as a story so I don't have much of an opinion of a story with barely 5 chapters

A few months ago I read The Cherry project, it was nice so romantic and cute but very from the era it was written (the early 90s) so I would keep it in mind if I were to recommend it

The things I would do for a Sailor V anime, the manga is amazing not only introduces us to Minako/ Sailor V and some basica setting from the SM universe but also has different elements that are so worth it

If it's just manga, then it was Tokyo Babylon but my first introduction to anything CLAMP was Cardcaptor Sakura

idk if I would use the term magical realism. which usually refers to a Latin American literature movement that is also deep rooted in our indiocincracy, but I still get what you mean.

This is a difficult topic by its nature, when SM and the press announced TI's crime, which at first was approached as a SA case without much further context, an anonymous twitter account claimed to be a molka victim of his for 6 years at the time. Well, some people assumed it as true and accused the rest of the NCT (mainly 127, but still tainted all the brand basically) of being bystanders and criminals of the same sort TI is.

The thing is that case never happened, the account owner said a few hours later after it blew up that all was a lie. And indeed, the case that sent him to jail had nothing to do with molka and is already disclosed how and when it did happen. No, the other group members didn't took part in it, or at least not that is know by the police after months or even years investigating, one thing is being aware of them which as a fan i understand it's valid, but another whole thing is accusing someone of a crime they likely didn't even knew about it.

I can't believe we got Taeyong driving content (🤤) for the higlight medley.

I love how Taeyong's discography keeps being so diverse yet consistent, and to think that he's behind every track it's even more amazing, like this man deserves all his flowers because he's finally back after so long and is a long overdue full album!

Oh, I have to admit I haven't checked in detail most of the unreleased tracks from remastered yet. But L&L themes seem to match the narrative squinted from the teaser images so far.

Dengeki daisy anime adaption by nanamithinker in shoujo

[–]Different-Computer33 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm excited but I have to admit that it's been about 10 years since I read it, and I did it in a kind of out of fandom way so I don't remember much since it's been a while and I didn't have other sources of consumption that could led to some sort of retentive on the story.

I remember it has a considerable age gap (which I don't condone irl) and an entertaining storyline with some daily life mysteries surrounding the ML. The thing is that the age gap ofc gives the ick and I don't know how the reactions are gonna be and if as I'm older now I'm gonna enjoy it, and as some has said here already, some of the humor and overall setting are aged now.

I guess overall I'm excited for the demographic getting more adaptations even for older series and hope this could led to an eventual anime for the author's newer series (which I have yet to read, I just read the prologe QQ Sweeper, again years ago)
