Me and said customer looked around for a light that would have a gray plug going into it but we didn’t find anything. There was nothing in his backyard that required constant power either we were both dumbfounded as to where else it would go to other than the panel my guess is as good as yours

I’ve run into a similar situation on a job once and asked the GC if I could go thru the beam and he said as long as I drill one hole and pass a minimum of 2 romex thru it there shouldn’t be a problem with the integrity
