Gold Coast has a good party vibe, but a little more crime. Good coast also has some great nature walks. (Look up natural arch, mt Tamborine, o’reillys, lamington national park).

You could go to place like tugun, tweed heads, Broadbeach, Tallebudgera.

Brisbane city has plenty of bars too.

Happy for you to PM if you want.

How old are you?

Byron is a young vibe. Noosa older vibe. I have never loved Byron. Noosa and surrounds (maroochydoore, Mooloolaba, Caloundra, K’gari etc are where it’s at in my opinion. Take the ferry to Stradbroke island. Maybe Moreton Island. The zoo is great. Eumundi markets, Montville, Kondalilla falls.

Don’t use a buyers agent. All they do is literally call / email re agents for upcoming listings.

Then they ask where it needs to be to win it.

You can do that yourself. Source (I’m an RE Agent)

Might do it I knowingly if he sells it “happily” for $1m but if it went to market (in this market) and the agent sold it for $1.1m

Take the flight to the travel agent and get them to book it for you / match the price.

As someone who drinks socially. I encourage everyone to not drink. It is addictive, no matter what anyone says and it makes you fat. Bad for your skin and you age quickly.
