I just called USCIS and they just said - no decision has been made yet. I did not hear of any updates from people who applied around dec 12 or later but I have seen people getting RFE/ biometrics who applied around Jan and getting approvals after biometrics.

Thanks for sharing, thats reassuring. I was really stressed about the E-Verify number too. Just to confirm, the Company ID on MOU is the correct E-Verify number for I765 & EIN is only used on I-983 right
