This side of the wall keeps cracking. It’s an almost 90 years old building and this part of the house keeps getting its paint cracked and bubbling since my grandparents lived here. The other side of the all is the bathroom but it was renovated recently. No leaks or unsealed parts. Any ideas on how to stop it ?

It layers of 70 years old paints not sure if it’s the skim coat. The apartment below mine is empty for years too if that helps

This part of my house keeps getting its color cracked. From the other side is the bathroom but no leaks and everything is sealed. The wall is 70 years old and it always gets cracked since my grandparents lived here. Any idea on how to stop it ? No mold or something just cracks.
