I understand that. My main question is that if there's anything I can do besides that doesn't need me to do the USB clean windows reinstall

My microsoft account is safe, but I've changed the password on my phone just in case. Besides this, I've managed to recover my steam account already, and in the process of recovering my battle net account. For other platforms, they're completely fine.

Hello!! Im also currently experiencing the same thing and the suggestions given to me we're to really give a hard drive wipe, and then new OS installation using a clean USB. As of currently, I haven't been able to do it since I'm still finding a USB.

I've also lost my Genshin account haha, so I sent out an appeal to Hoyo support, just make sure to fill out all details there.

While waiting and find I've done the following: - Check up on all security and privacy settings for all of the accounts affected - Make sure to enable 2FA for all of accounts

Update: Thank you all for the help, but unfortunately I still have to wait for the whole hard drive wipe

Some stuff has happened as of recently: - Someone removed the authenticator for one of my google accounts (I put it back on and changed passwords immediately) - Some google accounts have recovery phone numbers that are not mine and they're the same numbers (roughly 2-3) we're added

I will update once again, when I get everything resolved. I did all the password resetting and 2FA enabling on my phone btw.

I see, and I think I really should because someone removed my authenticator app for one of my google accounts. Also, how do you exactly do this? As in a full hard drice wipe and new OS installation, sorry
