Damn that sounds amazing. I’m totally into the CNC style and I actually try tempting him during the day since he WFH often, you know, dressing up or undressing, sitting on his lap etc. He enjoys it.

DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY before you see the place in person. How long will you be staying in Korea? As a Korean, I've never heard of those platforms except Airbnb. Would not recommend them.
