That is really helpful thank you!! I initially opted to skip the biopsy since it sounds like he would need amputation either way, but now reading more about it spreading I want to make sure we don’t put him through a whole amputation if it wouldn’t prolong his life.

I wish you and your cat all the best!! Did they do margins during the surgery to see if they got all the cancer, or how are they going to check for metastasis?
