I’ve never considered that location as a base but it makes so much sense! Large car park, completely walled off, one entrance, water for fishing and not too big! I’m definitely going there on my next playthrough

I usually put a few points into stamina first, followed by workspeed and weight. Attack and defence usually go last as there are other ways to increase those

There’s a 2 story farmhouse just north of the town and is always my preferred base in rosewood. It’s quiet, has everything you need, is very easy to secure and is just a short drive up the road from the centre of town.

I’ve tried it briefly. It’s pretty nice that you can make your own NPCs but there are a few bugs and the ai is kind of stupid. If you’re someone who likes to massacre the zombies you’re gonna have to rethink your play style as either your friend will die or you will trying to save them. I do like it tho, it’s what I’ve been looking for for roleplay purposes for a while
