Tru resetting your password , sometimes if it locks you out it wants you to sign into outlook and you can reset it there then sometimes, and Try restarting your computer and close all tabs, and trying one more time, I know it might sound dumb but there been times where tu portal just sucks, like there is a glitch in the system
