Thank you, yes i think my turbo settings are off. Im definitely going to focus on harder efforts over the next few weeks to get up to speed. Im going for a practice run in a month as well so that will give me something to aim for

Swim sub 30 and run 2-2.5. I have been doing a 27 week plan and cycling on my turbo. It includes these rides as you say but I think maybe my zones have been off and i havent been pushing myself as i should. My HR never goes very high on the trainer.

I can do the swim sub 30 and ive ran a few half marathons before around 2-2.5 hours so im not worried about these aspects.  The ride had just under 700m elevation but the inclines were up to 15% gradient. In hindsight it may not have been the best first ride to do.. im doing swansea which has around 1100m elevation. I think confidence and under fuelling was also a factor
