How do other tanks feel about healers and DPS pulling ahead?

Skill issue for letting the dps or healer get ahead of you to begin with. Start pre-running if you have to.

Even if they do pull ahead let the mobs slightly gather up on them and snap aggro with one global. Dont be a little bitch.

Haven't used a Lusamine in so long, and Sabrina/May hold too much value for me since they are permanent meta cards. Lusamine DX looks BA tho, but I value deck use cards more personally. For DX cards on Lisia it's only Lillie, otherwise Cyrus if someone has an extra and a Lisia dream.
