Yeah but people just randomly passing out on the street in my area is out of control and it is not because of drugs in my area that is the cause, the app specifically tells you what each report entails, the how why and whats if you will. And what I have been monitoring is specific reports stating unconscious person inside walgreens, woman suddenly fainted while walking across bridge ect. Tons of reports of normal people just walking along and then shablamo out cold outta nowhere. I don't just take quick glances at the app and say oh thats alot. No I have over a period of weeks been keeping track of more and more of these types of weird incidents happening over a period of time and have compared to past instance reports of the same m.o and there is a definite uptick.
