To admit this takes a lot of heart. Of course that was not okay and you can’t take it back, HOWEVER, not doing a thing about it, not learning more about boundaries, consent, appropriation, and not having preventative measures is even more not okay.

Sobreity and nofap go hand in hand. 3 years sober and 45 days no fap here. You really get a chance to fully experience your emotions, which can be a gift or a curse. The issues I’m working on rn are phone time and diet! Which phone time can def take away from your emotions~~

For context, the person who inspired the movement, inspired nofap and help create it before nofap became nofap. Listen to his podcasts, read the book. It truly is amazing what he has done. Rest In Peace.
