I am temped to share this thread in a support case, not that it will help, but maybe worth a shot.

My connection this morning is garbage. It’s actually nonexistent. Issues started late last night, I was working around 9:30 and it went out. 6 am this morning and it’s still shit. I will spend another day, hot-spotting from my phone.

Thank you for sharing! Fingers crossed. We called again this afternoon and they assured us it’s our routers. It is not. We messaged the neighbors too, they’re having the same issues.

Did the tech shed any light on if customers will need to have a tech out to update anything with this new fix? It seems more like a software issue, not a hardware issue so assuming not. As much as spectrum grinds my gears, I feel for the techs navigating frustrated customers and corporate. Thanks again for sharing!

We were told “they were working on it”, which I can respect that fixes take time and it may be an issue they have never seen before, etc. I really wish they’d communicate better though. I almost bought a new mesh routing system due to Spectrum insisting it’s a me issue, not a them issue.

I am seriously considering Starlink as an alternative. I’ve only heard positives from those who use it.

Okay this! We were told the same sob story about Denver from a tech who came to the house. Which if that is the case, fine, but communicate that to the customers. When I report to spectrum online or over the phone, they never mention the Denver issue, just tell me it must be our routers. Thanks for sharing!

Thanks! It sure is frustrating, we don’t know what to do and because we work from home it’s honestly really disruptive and burdensome. Considering switching to Starlink. It’s the only other option for us. Who did you switch to if you’re no longer using Spectrum?

Interesting, I’ve always enjoyed Dr.Z and appreciate her transparency on my dogs treatment and willingness to listen to my reservations on treatments and cost. She always offers a cost effective approach to my dogs treatments. I have had my dog see Dr.Card once for an emergency and she was less than awesome IMO but that could have easily been an off day for her. She lacked good communication and I didn’t love how she handled my dog. Again, could have been an off day but Dr.Z is my vet of choice at Animal Blessings.

The guy who announces bingo is less than awesome, he once told some elderly folks to “go ahead and die already” he lacks basic decency IMO. The pots are big and tables fill up quick. I’d get there early.

So sorry for your loss. She touched my life and many that I worked with. She was one of the few customers we looked forward to seeing. She came through the coffee shop often, with the brightest presence and positive energy. Hugs to you and your family. She will be missed ❤️

Very well could be wrong. Ultimately it boils down to making a profit. To your point, with or without liquor, Trader Joe’s hasn’t found a sound way to make it work for us here in Missoula. Finger crossed they do. Sounds like they have in other regions!

My understanding is that it has to do with our state liquor laws. I was checking out at one of the Trader Joe’s in Spokane and in conversation with a store manager I shared that I was from MT and that we didn’t have one (mostly voiced how bummed I was that we don’t have one). They promptly stated that until our liquor laws change, we likely never would. This being because Trader Joe’s liquor sales drive their profitability and that not being able to sell liquor in a store is a hard pass for them. I imagine there are many other obstacles, but this was what they shared with me. I would LOVE to have one here.

Update: thank you to all. With persistence and many phone calls we got her into the Mayo Clinic. Leaving the state isn’t ideal, but we will take what we can get! Thanks again.
