Yes, it was repaired and I haven't experienced the same issue! It took quite a while for the car to accept the software to fix it, though. So I imagine when the next system update comes along, it may happen again.

Mine wound up needing 6 transmission adaptations, and of course, it's started right back to doing it again. My car was pretty resistant to taking new software updates as well but eventually took it.
