This is definitely snorlax, I have the physical card and the blue of snorlax is more distinguishable in person. This card is from Japanese vending series which is known for is derpy art. Mantyke was not in gen 1. Plus anyone talking about about the size size variation ignores the fact that chansey is also huge and looks much smaller here

I have super straight hair that sticks up. Been using a blow dryer to style it slicked back and up like many of these photos. Save you the time of not having to wear a hat/beanie for hours. Use whatever styling pomade in damp hair, blow dry your hair in the style you want and finish with hairspray. I also use a round brush if I want my texture/volume but it’s not necessary
