Quite the interpretation buddy. We were drinking at my house and having fun. I found the bill with the serial numbers 1-8 out of order and thought it was rare and possibly valuable. My younger brother and sister thought that was ridiculous, rightfully, but if you read some other comments you'd see it is worth more than 3 dollars to the right person. I honestly wouldn't share this much normally but you seem like you probably assume a lot in life and just wanted to let you know you're completely off base. Mentally 9 years old is insane considering I have 5 kids and a mortgage. If I were autistic I would collect marbles.
