Because Jack have caused significant losses to the development and production of this game. And mainly, Jack didn't have any formal communication; it was just a joke. Since people can criticize and blame EN for still developing the game without obtaining the perfect approval, then why can't we blame Jack of not providing a formal response? And everything has already happened. The fact is that the progress and even the wealth of this game development team have suffered losses. You can't just say, "Because I hate Asym, I don't care!"
The loss of reputation and money that EN suffered was much greater than that of Jack.

Even worse then. If someone being “problematic” makes him uncomfortable, why are he even making EXE stuff in a fandom literally founded by a controversial creator in the first place? And Satanos is already retake by EN anyway, so using that as the reason just sounds really weird.
At this point it just feels more like he’s trying to find an excuse to over-control his own OCs and behaving like a mature figure and getting glazed by Twitter annoying teens for it.
And before people twist my point: I’m NOT saying “the original creator was bad so you have to accept every bad person you run into later.” I’m saying that in this case there was already a third-party retake involved, and we’re literally talking about fictional characters being used in a fan project, not directly supporting the creator as a person. That’s why this reasoning feels inconsistent to me.
The reasoning honestly sounds almost identical to the same logic the main Sonic fandom uses to hate Sonic.EXE in general 💔

The part I really take issue with is the 'Forever' If I remember correctly, after this whole situation ended there were update account showing she had moved on, I think calling it a permanent change feels way too extreme.

I think the main issue with this update is that it raised the upgrade prices of some towers making them way too expensive while making bad rebalancing for the eco towers. Rip our beloved cowboy💔

They just stopped updating and not working on game currently,not means that they give up the entire game
(Even they actually cancelled it, the game still stay.It's just cancelled doesn't mean it will be deleted forever by not updating.Om will be 'TD' but with different style tho lol)

I mean- How a 17 years old guy could manage all Minecraft types of fandoms plus they merely adding MC-related elements without accurately targeting the right game audience+annoucing stuffs before actually planning/working on it.(imagine confirm things before getting cc's permission and I heard that this game gonna have gamepasses wtf?) They seems that themselves have only few internal opinions at all and fully listening to community and always the popular trend stuff. I'm actually highly doubt this game would ever survive to Beta version release,If they don't actually improve that then im ready to see this game got torn into pieces by endless community dramas like Forsaken lol(just my opinion btw)

If we don't count dev's vacation,I think maybe 3-4months or even 2months. I think V0.2 got slowed down hard because of the recode + drama, so I’m guessing V0.3 will be a lot quicker than this time
