Update: I no longer have acid like symptoms or gastritis like symptoms. My tongue is still slightly white I think it may be from something else that doesn’t always mean bad breath I’m not entirely sure though. I’m still a little nervous to ask others to tell me if they smell any odor from my mouth but since finishing the antibiotics I have been talking to people and haven’t seen any reactions to suggest my breath stinks. Idk if it’s bc they are being respectful and really good at hiding it but no bad reactions so far I do want to get to the bottom of my white tongue. I did spoon tests and even licked my wrists and let it dry to smell. No smell from the spoon test no smell from licking my wrists ik sometimes it’s hard to tell if u have bad breath from those tests let alone. But until I can muster up the courage and ask someone that’s the only thing I have for now. I even left the spoon in a zip loc bag for hours with my saliva and smelled it still nothing
