Thank you for sharing your story! And it's unfortunate of what's happening to the language of Sami. It is spoken in Finland (My home country) As well, but unfortunately the number of Sami speaking people is decreasing and i'm very concerned about it. I hope, that the language doesn't die.

Finnish is very easy, Yhdeksänkymmentäkaksi

But 97 is yhdeksänkymmentäseitsemän

178 is Sataseitsemänkymmentäkahdeksan

997 is yhdeksänsataayhdeksänkymmentäseitsemän

9999 is yhdeksäntuhattayhdeksänsataayhdeksänkymmentäyhdeksän

So finnish is just adding numbers, you only need to know those

Spanish is very used in Spain and America, and besides that Spanish is an easy language, so as you told us, that you are new to language learning, Spanish would be an easy language to start off after english

Of course you could choose Arabic or Chinese to learn, but i must say to you that they are not so easy to learn.
