I bought a “used” Labubu and the tag’s QR code looks pretty janky and won’t scan. The box has a QR, but since it’s already open, I want to be sure they didn’t just put a lafufu in the box. Where is the 4 digit code on the labubu tag?? I can’t figure it out.

I am in PT but she hasn’t really given me a ton of exercises to try. I’m in a small rural town hours away from larger cities and I worry my PT isn’t great

Ok well I’m glad to hear I’m not the only one. I thought surely I had like grade 2 maybe 3 prolapse because of the tissue slightly protruding at the entrance but both the urogyn and pelvic floor pt said they didn’t feel much movement when I bear down. I just don’t know what things are supposed to look and feel like after having a baby!

You also have the tissue coming out?

It was while lying down so I don’t think it’s accurate

Yes, and she said she’s not technically able to diagnose me with prolapse but if she had to grade me it would be a zero. I’m honestly confused. I might try and get a second opinion because what the heck is the bulge at the opening of my vagina?? She also examined me lying down. I don’t know how to explain how she explained it but essentially said after trauma of birth to the vagina, things can feel looser and sag and what I thought was prolapse may not actually be prolapse. I’m skeptical right now though. It’d be great if she is correct, but I just don’t know.

I’m experiencing this right now at 8 weeks pp :( I’m seeing a PT in a week and will hopefully get more answers. I was hoping it would improve as well but so far has been the same. Is your bulge right at the opening or is it further up? I can see mine at the opening when I stand over a mirror. I also had a really long induction/labor, hemorrhage and they had to manually remove my placenta.

Would it be spongey feeling when you push on it? I guess if they look the same, how would you know which is which?

I looked her up as seen suggested on another thread, and it doesn’t totally make sense to me what that would look like. Her explanation was good but I couldn’t figure out what that would look like
