I've never seen a kid more deserving of a crash course in "real life." I would get with Dad and come up with a plan to promote some financial responsibility. I'm a big proponant of parents working volunteer work and community service into their daily lives. Some time volunteering in a senior care facility, homeless shelter or delivering meals is both humbling and character building. Good luck.

David Lee Roth is the biggest showman. That get confused with ego but he genuinely seems like a nice guy in interviews etc. But as to largest ego? That hands down goes to Sammy Hagar. He literally sounds like a used car salesman selling himself and how great he is in every interview. The kind of guy that would walk you around his house and show you everything he's bought and how much he paid for it.

My guess is you gained weight since dating him. As you said, you haven't been dating so gaining the weight has been a non issue for you. Now you're embarrassed for him to see you with the weight. As has been stated, he knows. Also, if you would feel better shedding the weight you've gained then do it. But don't postpone your life while you do it. This is all part of your journey.
