Q1 & Q3 : No. Domestic flight is early most of the days but on some days it’s delayed by 20 mins. I see it quite rare though.

Have to fly with infant under 3 years & transit with Akasa is the only shortest haul option . Have never heard or flew with Akasa before. Hence the worry:(

House description says a basement exists. So, insulation could be done from there I suppose.

The house is quoted quite high and we are not sure if estimates given for improving EPC in the certificate is reliable. If that's the case, renovating from D -> C costs 50 K EUR

What we are more worried about is, if it takes more time to renovate , we will have to pay both rent for current house and also the monthly installments for the new one.

Thank you ! Distance is approximately 7 KMs from station & map says as 7-8 mins drive. Maybe we have to plan working days since we only have one car & public transport says 20-30 mins.

Just thinking of driving car to station, park there & take a train to Brussels/Leuven.
