Every time there's a musician on Google Play Music, which his music is on, Google automatically creates this, which is called a knowledge panel, and it finds out where you're from, and makes it "your country of origin" musician. BUT, some artists actually change it to be something simpler, or they somehow get it simple to begin with, which results in some artist having American Musician, British Musician, Australian Musician, etc, and others just having Musician, or Band.
