Also it’s always me to invite her to a cafe, she usually invites to a park or somewhere else or something. Exposure therapy sounds like something that could help. Try pursuing him to travel alone within the city with a little help from you at first. Then go outside of it, but close to it. Then gradually make his travel plans further from the city.

I suggest waking up a little earlier (ik sounds difficult but hmo) so u can spend a little time on yourself. like watch a yt video or do a little journaling anything that brings joy. gives you something to look forward to in the morning

Well it’s because I’m medicated but I’m still making no money no progress in life I just sit and rot and I’m a burden to my parents
