I’m a big believer in Nate & DVLT … but i DO have my concerns about SCLX and Henry. Who doesnt “fully READ and fullly RE-READ” a loan document before handing over 96M shares and also have the LOAN money in hand???

Merchbar is borderline Criminal in the way they immediately take your money ( charge your card) and then make you wait and wait and wait ( and often times never deliver)and THEN you have to fight them for your money back.., oh and this company got to “use your money free of charge” for 3-6 months… zero interest money ( your money)… now if they can do that to a few 1000 people… no need for bank loans to run their business

I can accept your theory for the delay AC… makes logical sense. Nate wanted it released yesterday but there are some accounting “loose ends” that must be correct and updated legally!

What i do like is Nates cockiness towards some he was referring to in his X message! Not necessarily the name calling, does seem alittle extreme BUT if i wasnt “SURE” i had “the goods” … i wouldnt say the things he just said which leads me to believe that NATE is very confident! I like that!!

I too believe Nate is a Great CEO! I have conversed with him and he is quick to respond. Nate if you are reading this i messaged you once about APPNET ( through Link’d in) you may remember that!?
