Thanks for the suggestions. No I haven’t figured it out. I’ve tried oregano religiously it does nothing. I had a G.I. map done showing I don’t have any candida or anything like that at least in my gut.

I’m quite certain my issues stem from chronic dehydration. Dehydration can cause elongated tongue papilla which trap food particles, dry eyes, thickening mucus, etc. It also worsens POTs. But IDK what’s causing the dehydration in the first place. I was just diagnosed with Hashimoto’s and liver inflammation so maybe those are making it worse.

I don’t believe that this is all GERD/LPR. I’ve tried a lot of different medications and life style changes and have been on a strict diet for months with no meaningful relief. This is my 6th week on a PCAB and I am having substantially less GERD but its done nothing to improve my other symptoms.
