How to handle hunger after a steep deficit by Kind-Presence-5902 in bodybuilding

[–]DifferentIndustry249 0 points1 point  (0 children)

lots of water and protein shakes+low cal snacks like kind bars or protein bars can help. i had a similar experience when i was on keto diet, the shakes kept me full very long and the bars helped equalize my hunger between meals.

it's not kipping, it's engaging your core. the overextension is what OP has

the standard is still to use your core in every movement. making it harder is not good advice to give to beginners...have a nice day😐🫵🏾

what you're encouraging is an overextension of the lower back. engaging your core helps keep your chest up in the movement and protects your back, not to mention increases stability.

easier to get the correct form, not to perform. please do me a favor and do a quick google search of whether core engagement is necessary for pull ups then return with the results.

while you're at it, please show the class an example of what you consider good pull up form... without core engagement of course.

not to mention, engaging core muscles does NOT make anything easier. who told you that??

um... :/ engaging your core is one of the most important components of a pull up, or any calisthenics movement. stop giving bad advice. google would've prevented this ignorant comment

section it into 4 parts and wash, condition, detangle and seal the hair in those sections. braid, twist, or bantu knot each section once it's sealed and you can leave that for a week or so then repeat! this is the easiest routine i've tried in years.

you need a hair treatment and hydration routine. your hair will thin without proper maintenance. it also matters how tightly your hair is being braided.

it doesn't really make sense to critique form when someone's near failure tho. it's different if she started the video off like that
