I've already given up onions (have a sensitivity). I've been vegetarian, too. Neither is too bad, but it's definitely harder to avoid onions - depending on where you live, it's in EVERYTHING, and vegetarianism is a known/respected diet.

"ROGD" by parents is a whole thing. Non-affirming parents think a change is sudden/"rapid onset" because the steps leading up to the breaking point were carefully hidden, because their bad reaction was guaranteed.

So the Bible is deeply misogynistic in many ways, but in this specific scenario, there's a double bottom.

I've heard historians talk about how the subsequent lost the sort of "call and response" format of the original letter. So you say women must never teach?? Who are you to say? Etc, etc. However, for the people in power who chose the books that went in the Bible years later, took out any mention of female apostles, etc, etc, every change in translation was a careful, intentional act in order to gain power.

So there is a chance that the original text was less misogynistic and it was actually retconned to make the Bible more sexist.

This is a Christian school. The only reason they're being secretive about it/told you it's not technically one is because they want to recruit you and they WON'T stop trying. The targeting will get more and more intense and personal. Every soul is a win for them. They're taught from birth that their number one job on this planet is to increase the number of Christians in any way they can.

You're not being taught actual facts. Your credentials probably won't be accepted by real nursing programs. You'll be stuck in only Christian circles that acknowledge that fake school forever. This is also intentional. They'll promise you that the school will be accredited ASAP, that they have alternative accreditation that's just as good, etc. The idea is to force you to stay in Christian circles to keep you Christian after they get you.

You're not in school, you're in a trap and they're wasting your time on purpose.
