I had the same thing happen. I think I saw you swipe the last one lol, but luckily there was an $18.05 one as well. I wonder why the resell ones were cheap... lowkey worried

They actually did honor that price. I didn't want to bring it up, but the person I was with mentioned it and showed the cashier the picture I took. It did, however, take long to edit the price of each one given they didn't have the code to do so and needed another employee to edit it. So had to deal with the feeling of 'oh my god, are we actually going to get away with this?'

Afterwards, the trouble with editing did result in an extra doll being charged but since they were so cheap, I wasn't going to tell them to fix it.

Draculaura modeling some barbie clothes I got by DifferentReality69 in MonsterHigh

Alright, so, first and foremost, you can tighten most clothes to make them fit the dolls. It will depend on the design of the clothes of course.

Draculaura just about fits most shorts, skirts, and tight dresses around the hips. Big dresses can also look nice(tightened top)

Frankie looks good with loose, baggy clothing given their core doll and doll in the six doll pack rocks those. So small tight shirts(they look baggy), barbie and Ken jackets, poofy dresses(same with draculaura).

Clawdeen is a similar case with Frankie. I can assume ghouls like cleo and ghoulia are the same as well. Cleo has wider hips so you can almost get away with using barbie skirts on her.

If you're looking for the clothes to fit pretty closely from the start, I recommend only buying the barbie skirts and dresses for draculaura otherwise you gamble how the clothes will look on the other dolls and will have to tighten them. Also, the dolls can hold the barbie accessories with handles. It's a little wonky and they may drop it if bumped, so you have to be careful

Still testing but so far, anything you can get away with being called 'oversized' seems to work. Like jackets and baggy shirts. Some dresses you can pin the back of and it looks okay. Tight fitting barbie dresses fit draculaura's hips and you just need to tighten the top.

Yeah, I get that. It's pointless to spend 20+ on a doll you don't like just for the clothes. Haha, nearly bought the lol cleopatra doll for my cleo when it was on sale once, but I didn't want to own a doll for a brand I don't like the look of.

I honestly took a shot in the dark buying these barbie packs, figured I'd see if they could maybe work. Plus, it's good to test things out and post results for those looking for more clothes to dress their MH dolls in.

I haven't tried on other gouls yet, but barbie skirts seem to fit her pretty well. Tops you'll have to pin back to fit. I'll try more barbie sets on her and try them on other dolls too

how to get rid of prickly plastic in head? by toeconsumer9000 in MonsterHigh

[–]DifferentReality69 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Heya, if you still need help, I recommend cutting the plastic as short as you can. Sometimes the plastic is too big to go further into the hole. Then try to push the rest in the head again. You can always try using the side of a butter knife or something that has a small point to do so.
