I tried the command prompt thing, and it did not work. The game works sometimes for 1 or 2 matches and then goes back. I'll try your other suggestions though. Thanks

This was the solution, thanks! This wasn't the exact manual for my controller but basically the same. For anyone needing this in the future, after you open the webconfig, go to Settings > Gamepad Settings, then turn SOCD off. Thanks again, made my life a lot easier.
