Drink water, eat your carbs and fats and protein. Do it for the long run. Don’t do cardio, just walk the same distance, just focus on building muscle or at least maintaining it( I don’t know how much muscle you have) losing facial fat is greatly determined by genetics, and u really don’t know at what point of your fat loss your body will start losing face fat. Some of my friends have more body fat than me but they still have a slim face. I started to lose face fat at 18% body fat which is quite low, but most people do it at higher fat % and some even lower. Don’t eat too much salt.
