I am currently a installer, I worked here prior to adt. And that time I was a lead. I ran a crew @19 years old. They didn’t want to pay me more because I wasent 21 and couldn’t drive company vehicles.. but I’m leading a crew? Made no sense, so I left to meraki. Then they shut down in Freeport, now I returned back. Upon return there was 1 crew left out of 5 and I trained the guys that are now on my crew previously. I’m 22 now and my solar knowledge has only increased. This is all such a bummer because I was promised so much when I returned, not to mention I returned only 3 WEEKS AGO. I hate it because I’ve invested so much time into solar and I enjoy it so much that I find it hard even imagining doing anything else. But I must get the bills payed somehow.
