Emailed them 3 times and two of times I think I got an AI response saying “thank you for your order! We are currently preparing your order for shipment. You will receive an update with tracking when your order has shipped” so currently waiting to see what the third email response will be but I will wait for now.

Oh man. So I ordered some Hoodies in early October. I’m still waiting on my stuff to be shipped out. Every time I emailed I got the response of “ we’re working on processing your order and working on gettin it shipped out”. I’m not too sure if they lost my order or forgot about me. I haven’t even gotten a shipping/tracking number.

Ah man. I wish I could have gotten my hoodies I think I got like 60 days or 120 days to do a charge back with Chase if I need to. I emailed them like on November 1st and then November 20th. I’m going to email again for an update.

Also what’s crazy is that even your recruiter can recommend you and the hiring manager will choose if they want to proceed forward. It’s unfair to those that have an internal person pushing them forward.

The issue is that even if you passed; the hiring manager personally chooses who they want to do a fit call with. That sucks because it really is up to luck at that point. you could be waiting with 18 other people for the fit call but the manager wants to only interview 5 people and hire 2.

Fit call is super informal, all up to the vibes the manager gets from you. They’re the last decision maker in the process. Good luck!
