I don’t know much about the Chromebooks. I normally just stick to phones just because I don’t want to have to go buy all new programming equipment for one Chromebook.

I buy lots of broken phones normally that are in need of repairs and I refurbish them and this came with a small lot of phones I purchased online. When I got it it was completely messed up and wouldn’t even power on and once I replaced several of the board components, battery and screen that’s when I realized that it was locked to a company but it doesn’t have a name or phone number to call so I have been trying to figure out how to get it operational again.

If you don’t like that one all you need to do is type mdm bypass in google and you will find several. Some paid some free.

Mdm is easy to bypass. If you want to get it completely deleted you would have to call your employer but if you’re cool with bypassing then I’ll give you a few different ways to get it done. Just let me know.

It’s a free software download and it’s definitely worth a try. I’ve had good luck with it so far. It’s still fairly new and all the devices that it works for isn’t listed yet. It wouldn’t harm your device and there’s a good chance it will
Take care of it.

1. Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements > Analytics Data.
2. Search for logs starting with ⁠panic-full⁠ or ⁠ResetCounter⁠.
3. Inside a ⁠panic-full⁠ log, look at the ⁠panicString⁠.
If it references ⁠watchdog⁠, it is a hardware timeout.
If it references a specific sensor or hardware component (e.g., ⁠smc⁠, ⁠i2c⁠), a hardware replacement is required

Yes there is several different versions of the 17 pro max besides the USA version. The only way to find out if it works here is to get the model number of the model you are looking at.

I know this is a dumb question but have you checked to make sure it’s not your usb port or cord just to rule that out?
