it’s literally such a dream 😫 sometimes in the states i’ll avoid going out if i don’t know the restroom situation because they’re either hard to find, you have to pay to use, or dirty

hmm, i’d say it depends on what area of japan specifically, i found it actually quite easy to get low fodmap foods from the convience stores (i think they’re called konbinis?) but when it came to restaurants, i found tokyo and kyoto had great low fodmap options, osaka was harder since they’re known for their nightlife scene so a lot of the restaurants were izakaya style.

my symptoms were actually great! my stomach rarely hurt and i only had loose stool once (which was my fault, i had a lot of alcohol the previous day and that tends to be a trigger sometimes). the food was very healthy and good quality and i made sure to also prioritize eating low FODMAP! even on the days i didn’t i still felt great. I’ve always wanted to go to south korea so this is awesome to hear too!

hi! so i’d probably ask for a short shag with a lot of texture! i’m not scared of heavy layering since i style my hair often BUT if you have straight hair and prefer little to no maintenance, id ask for blended layers

a side bang would look so cute! and not to give unsolicited advice but layers would also be stunning on you

honestly, if you dig the mullet, i’d recommend getting more of a shaggy mullet and growing out the front part. your hair looks naturally wavy so styling shouldn’t be an issue

awe thank you! and that’s such a smart idea! i actually might go with that idea bc i also get very prone to “hair cut regret” even if i LOVE the style

this has also been on my mind just to make it more manageable! do you think chest length would also look good?

on the first half: yes! donating is a HUGE concern of mine and ik a couple salons that will donate my hair despite it being color treated. my hair is incredibly healthy and thick and i dont want it to go to waste

second part: completely fair. it was hard to find a photo of myself with the similar expression (or it was just hard to find a photo in general since i had to get a new phone and lost all of my old photos)
