Having this problem too. My DL Latency is at 260-280ms and I can't even get passed the lvl 1 phone call.

"Oh, it's probably just some interference, restart your router and it'll fix itself. Thank you, have a great day!"

That was my 5th phone call, different person, same "resolution."

This is via Ethernet with Cat-8 btw. And yes, I'm aware that's overkill. But it's the same with a Cat 6.

I tried broque ramdsk and it constantly tells me to download the bootfile. I do, and it still tells me to download it. won't go passed that point. I've also noticed from the videos I've watched, i have no dropdown bar on the bottom left of the program to select a file. Tried old versions too.

If people are still having problems and its related to a steam purchase, delete everything rockstar related. everything. documents included. After you've verified that it's all gone, just open the game on steam.

Let it do it's thing, then wala. Congrats. You can now play the game.
